Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process the full payroll function accurately and timeously.
- Oversee all Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including disciplinary hearings, consultations, and grievance procedures.
- Handle all COIDA (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act) claims and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policy and labour laws.
- Provide expert HR advice and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, with at least 3 years at a senior level.
- Proven experience in payroll administration, IR case management, and COIDA processes.
