Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and payroll processing.
Requirements
