Job summary

A human resources consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. You will oversee the entire employee life cycle, ensure compliance with South African labor legislation, and support employee engagement initiatives. A degree in HR Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience are required. This position is based in Johannesburg, offering a dynamic working environment.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of South African labour legislation and best practices.
  • At least 5 years HR Generalist experience.
  • Minimum 5 years technical experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment budget per department.
  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding packs and employment contracts.
  • Manage employee life cycle from beginning to end.
  • Update monthly HR reports for recruitment, IR etc.
