Qualifications

  • 5+ years' proven experience in helpdesk managerial level in Retail / Pharmacy environment.
  • Experience in managing a multi-functional team.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 3 pharmacy systems.

  • Oversee service desk operations including team leadership and scheduling.
  • Manage and maintain IT service governance areas.
  • Lead Problem Management and trend analysis.
