Responsibilities

• Lead design for specialized healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, labs).
• Develop concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings for medical facilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare planners, equipment specialists, and clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with SA healthcare codes, regs, and accessibility standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new developments or renovations.
• Mentor junior architects and designers, providing design direction.
