• A minimum of 10 years' experience as National Key Account Manager in FMCG or related roles.
• Shoprite account management experience will be advantageous.
• Proven track record in managing a team.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Development Managers.
• Drive compliance to Mars QMP (Quality Management Processes) standards.
