Job summary

Parklands College is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and communications team in Cape Town. This hands-on role spans print and digital, managing multiple projects and deadlines with a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling.

You are passionate, proactive and able to work independently or collaboratively while embracing new technologies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress/HTML/CSS knowledge, and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 5+ years of design experience.
• Experience designing magazines, brochures, prospectuses or other multi-page publications.
• Mac literate with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of print production and preparing print-ready artwork.
• Experience creating digital content for websites, social media and email marketing.
• Experience with AI tools and emerging creative technologies in design workflow.
• Knowledge of WordPress and/or basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent English grammar and written communication.
