This role forms part of the Marketing team within the Village n Life hospitality group. The RoleAs Senior Graphic Designer, you'll lead the creative direction and execution of design across Village n Life's diverse portfolio of hotels, retreats, spas, restaurants and lifestyle brands.

You'll manage and mentor a team of designers while ensuring consistent application of brand identities across all visual platforms.

This senior role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting campaigns and collateral that shape the guest experience and strengthen our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction and quality control
  • Manage the design and application of brand identities across all platforms
  • Create and adapt marketing collateral including brochures, menus, signage, merchandise and digital assets
  • Deliver artwork for social media, websites, emailers and paid media campaigns
  • Support seasonal, product and event campaigns with cohesive design solutions
  • Develop guest-facing collateral for hospitality, wellness and lifestyle assets
  • Ensure artwork is proofed, production-ready and aligned with brand standards
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, production and content teams on projects
  • Maintain a structured archive of design assets and templates
What We're Looking For
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar
  • 3–5 years' experience in a SENIOR DESIGN role with team leadership responsibilities
  • Proven expertise in brand development and corporate identity systems
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience across print, packaging, digital and environmental design
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Hospitality, tourism or lifestyle industry experience advantageous
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
