Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Gauteng to lead complex telecom/ICT initiatives. You will manage project scope, costs, timelines, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating suppliers, contractors and internal teams across local and international bids.

The role requires 7–10 years' business experience, 4–5 years' project management coordination, a relevant diploma or degree, and willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree and 7–10 years' relevant business experience.
• 4–5 years' substantive project management/project coordination experience.
• Experience within telecommunications, ICT, satellite, network infrastructure, engineering or a technical project environment is strongly preferred.
• Project costing
• Customer management
• Supplier and contractor coordination
• Procurement coordination
• Contract and variation management
• Project reporting
• Experience with tenders, RFQs and RFPs would be advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence
• Reliable own transport
• Valid passport or eligibility to obtain one
• Willingness to travel locally, nationally, within Africa and internationally
• Advantageous: SYSPRO, Monday.com, Zoho Projects, Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar project/workflow platforms
