Qualifications

• 10+ years in game development, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in C++, game engine architecture and performance.
• Great understanding of software engineering best practices and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex technical projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the technical strategy and architecture for game development projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance management.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other department leads to align technical execution with project goals and vision.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and workflows to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during development and post-launch.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in game development technology.
