You will tackle complex challenges in real-time graphics, optimize across PC and consoles, and contribute to core technology powering award-winning titles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional game engine programming experience.
• Expert in C++ and strong OO design principles.
• Deep knowledge of game engine architecture, including rendering, physics and memory management.
• Experience with graphics APIs DirectX, Vulkan, or Metal.
• Proven ability to profile and optimize code for multiple platforms.
• Experience with multithreading and concurrency.
• Hybrid work environment and strong teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core engine systems, including rendering, physics, memory management, and asset pipelines.
• Optimize engine performance across various target platforms (PC, consoles).
• Develop and implement new engine features based on project requirements and technological advancements.
• Collaborate with gameplay programmers to provide robust and efficient tools and systems.
• Profile and debug complex engine issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented C++ code adhering to high-quality standards.
• Work closely with QA to identify and resolve engine-related bugs.
• Mentor junior engine programmers and contribute to code reviews.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in game engine technology and rendering techniques.
• Contribute to the technical direction and architectural decisions of the engine.
