Job summary

Theodo, a software consultancy, is building a high-performing hybrid team in Cape Town. You will contribute as a Full Stack Engineer with strong C#/.NET and React expertise, delivering on real client projects and collaborating with cross-functional peers.

You will thrive on solving hard technical problems, learn from brilliant peers, and grow technically while engaging with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. Theodo emphasizes Lean and Kaizen in a global context.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C# and .NET
• Frontend development experience with React
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), within a serverless architecture (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage external clients and build strong working relationships
• Demonstrated skill in managing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• STEM or Computer Science degree, or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience in Full Stack Engineering
