Job summary

DVT is seeking two Senior Full Stack Product Engineers to join a product-focused team building a modern SaaS platform for European customers. You will contribute to architecture decisions, design and scale multi-tenant solutions, and mentor engineers within a growing international tech environment.

Work spans backend in Python/Django and frontend in React/TypeScript, with emphasis on API design, scalability, and robust testing and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years software development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Python and Django.
• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
• Extensive API development and integration experience.
• Cloud platform experience (GCP and/or AWS).
• Experience with ORM frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Develop modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build, enhance, and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Develop integrations with third-party platforms and services.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations teams.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy.
• Design and scale multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
• Mentor and coach developers within the engineering team.
• Drive testing strategies including automated testing frameworks.
• Support CI/CD implementation and continuous improvement.
