Who You'll Work With

You’ll report directly to our tech‑lead and founders , who are still hands‑on in both product and code — so your ideas won't get lost in layers of management.

You’ll collaborate with world‑class engineers, QE's, product managers and our commercialization partner WeconnectU , who handles marketing, sales, and frontline support — so you can focus on building and shipping great software.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of 6+ years of hands‑on work experience shipping production‑grade web applications.

Fluency in Laravel and Vue.js inside out — and can architect systems that scale with clarity and purpose.

Leadership (without the people management)

You’ll have a strong voice in how we build, not a team to manage.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves designing systems, writing great code, and helping others level up along the way.

There will be collaboration, reviews, and product discussions — but your main job is still building excellent software , not managing people.

Technical Responsibilities

Design and build scalable, maintainable Laravel + Vue.js applications — starting with our WeconnectU Rental Asset Management platform (already trusted by nearly companies).

Write clean, tested, and well‑documented code that others love to read.

Own the architecture and CI / CD pipelines — keeping deployments smooth and reliable.

Collaborate with QA on robust testing strategies (unit, integration, end‑to‑end).

Diagnose and solve complex technical challenges with calm precision. Continuously improve performance, scalability and developer experience.

Share knowledge through documentation, quality code reviews, and mentoring moments.

Stay curious — evaluate new tools and help shape the technical direction of our stack.

We’ll make sure you have what you need to hit the ground running — clear goals, domain training, solid documentation, and a team that’s always willing to help.

You’ll have full support as you get up to speed, but plenty of freedom to make your mark quickly.
