Job summary

AiR is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build AI-powered products in a regulated context. You will bridge cutting-edge AI with real-world apps, delivering user-facing features and robust integrations from inception to deployment.

Based in George, Western Cape, you will collaborate with a small, focused team and own significant parts of the product lifecycle. You’ll design resilient interfaces and APIs, ensure secure data handling, and ship reliable AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping user-facing AI/LLM products.
• Expertise with modern frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/Python).
• Experience with non-deterministic systems, latency, and graceful failure handling.
• Strong focus on secure, compliant data handling in regulated environments.
• Ability to own the full product lifecycle from design to deployment.
