Job summary

AES Global seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build and scale modern web applications across backend services, APIs and front-end interfaces, and to mentor engineers.

You’ll own complex features end-to-end—from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring and production reliability—and mentor the engineers around you. The role requires 6+ years of software development experience, strong TS/Node.js, React, and cloud/CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js with REST/event-driven APIs.
• Experience with React and UI fundamentals.
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP or Azure) and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale backend services in Node.js and TypeScript with REST/event APIs.
• Lead architecture decisions and mentor engineers.
• Develop UI features in React, with Next.js as a plus.
• Own features from development to deployment and monitoring for reliability.
• Debug production issues using logs and observability tooling.
• Collaborate on integration with third-party and internal systems.
