Greys Recruitment seeks an experienced Section Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy fruit cold storage and dispatch facility, coordinating staff and ensuring accurate, on-time orders. The ideal candidate has at least five years’ experience in a fruit cold storage environment, with strong leadership, temperature control, warehousing and compliance knowledge.

You will supervise loaders and dispatch personnel, maintain documentation, and liaise with transporters to optimise pallet

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years’ experience in a fruit cold storage facility.
• Experience in cold storage, fruit handling, warehousing and dispatch operations.
• Experience supervising and coordinating operational teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily cold storage and dispatch operations including intake, storage and loading.
• Supervise loaders, forklift drivers, fridge operators, scanners and dispatch staff.
• Ensure correct loading documentation, labeling and temperature control.
• Coordinate PPECB inspections and ensure readiness of documentation.
• Maintain temperature controls and correct handling of fruit.
• Liaise with transporters for efficient container scheduling.
