  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues.
  • Support management with daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.

  • Assist in Front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Welcoming and hosting guests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the management team with daily operations, staff supervision, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, revenue reports, and occupancy rates.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
