Job description

As the Senior Front of House / Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's front‑of‑house operations.

You will ensure guests receive outstanding service, staff are motivated and well‑trained, and all operational processes run smoothly.

Your leadership will be key to maintaining a positive team culture and delivering a first‑class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily floor operations and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front‑of‑house staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Manage staff schedules, performance, and ongoing training and development programs.
  • Oversee POS system operations, including cash‑ups, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle invoicing, stock records, and general administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects the brand's values.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Address and resolve customer feedback professionally and effectively.
  • Support management with events, promotions, and business development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2–3 years' proven experience in a similar Front of House or Floor Management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands‑on approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Experience working with POS systems and handling invoicing processes.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
