Qualifications

• FAIS-aligned NQF5 qualification.
• RE5 certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial planning, financial advisory, wealth management, or related financial services.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with holistic financial planning solutions across investment, risk, and savings products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend appropriate products.
• Manage your sales pipeline and achieve set revenue targets.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Attend ongoing training, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Proactively source new business opportunities within your market.
