About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. If you're a self‑starter who thrives on collaboration, loves working with numbers, and has a passion for data‑driven insights, we'd love to hear from you.

The Financial Analyst provides essential support to the Senior Financial Analyst and the broader Finance team by assisting in financial reviews, reporting, and administrative tasks. This role is critical for ensuring accuracy in our financials to help enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization and improve operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Support:

  • Review financial statements each period with a focus on profit and loss statements
  • Provide feedback to accountants responsible for preparing the financial statements
  • Assist in the preparation of period and quarterly financial reports and presentations.
  • Compile data for various business reviews, cost analyses, and budget reports.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring timely and organized completion.
  • Support the quarterly reconciliation of Balance Sheet reviews.
  • Organize documentation and correspondence for audits and reviews

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Senior Financial Analyst on tasks or requests.
  • Assist other departments with finance‑related inquiries as needed.
Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting roles.
  • Familiarity with financial statements, financial reporting, and bookkeeping systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
