A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Financial Admin Officer in Pretoria. You will coordinate Forum meetings, draft reports, maintain stakeholder relationships, and prepare financial documentation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Forum meetings and manage documentation.
  • Draft minutes and reports for meetings and workshops.

  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
  • Process travel claims related to HRDC policies.

Job Summary
  • Job Title: Senior Financial Admin Officer for the Human Resource Development Council Secretariat
  • Duration of contract: 1 year (12 Months)
  • Location: 178 Francis Baard Street, Ndinaye House, Tshwane CBD
Job Purpose and Description
  • Coordinate Forum meetings: agendas, documentation, RSVPs.
  • Draft minutes and reports for meetings and workshops.
  • Maintain professional relationships with Forum members and stakeholders.
  • Manage records in line with audit and compliance standards.
  • Arrange venues, travel, and catering per HRDC policies.
  • Process travel claims and related financial documentation.
  • Prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Support the Project Manager with general and ad hoc tasks.
  • Assist the HRDC Secretariat with administrative and operational duties.
Required Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Financial Management/Finance/Accounting/Business or an equivalent qualification (NQF Level 7).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Financial Management in the public or private sector environment.
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder budgets and grant funding.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.

  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
