Applicants should have 10+ years in agriculture with 5+ years in management, plus exposure to major SA retailers and strategic oversight of production, procurement and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in agriculture.
• 5+ years' management experience.
• Exposure to major South African retailers.
• Experience across production, procurement, budgets, supply chain, outgrowers, KPIs, personnel and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee agricultural production by planning and coordinating farm operations.
• Manage vegetable crop production.
