Job summary

The Clarion Group is seeking an accomplished production and operations leader to drive performance across digital printing, finishing and related supply chains. The role requires strategic oversight, senior leadership experience, and a track record of delivering at scale.

You will lead planning, scheduling, and cross-functional initiatives across divisions, manage teams of managers, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing inventory and costs.

Experience

• 10+ years' experience in production/factory management, with significant senior leadership tenure
• Proven track record managing digital printing and finishing operations at scale
• Demonstrated experience leading planning and scheduling across multiple divisions/departments
• Experience managing teams of managers/supervisors, not just individual contributors
• Experience managing logistics/supply chain functions and cross-functional projects

Skills & Competencies

• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, not just operational execution
• Senior-level leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced planning, capacity management, and problem-solving capability at an enterprise level
• Deep technical knowledge of digital printing equipment and finishing processes
• Financial literacy — budgeting, forecasting, P&L accountability
• Proficiency with production planning/ERP systems
• Strong project management skills — able to plan, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously across divisions, using formal methodologies where appropriate.
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management, including inbound raw materials, warehousing, dispatch, and outbound distribution
• Ability to coordinate with logistics/transport providers to ensure on-time delivery and manage freight-related risks
• Inventory and stock management skills, including demand forecasting and minimising stockouts/overstock

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Production/Operations Management, Printing Technology, or Business Management.
• Project management qualification advantageous

• Valid driver's licence
