• 8-10 years of industry experience in UX / UI design
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or similar (desirable)
• Masters in Psychology or Social Sciences (advantageous)
• Required Experience: Senior IC

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs and design goals
• Create user personas, journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
• Design intuitive interfaces reflecting brand identity
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Partner with developers for seamless design implementation
• Stay ahead of UX / UI trends and champion best practices
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable patterns
