About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Esthetician to join their premier beauty and wellness clinic located in Midrand, Gauteng . This role is integral to delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining the high standards of service our client is known for. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, providing personalized consultations, and contributing to the overall success and reputation of the clinic. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients while also having flexibility in your schedule, fostering a balance between hands-on service and professional development within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin types, conditions, and specific needs, recommending appropriate treatments and product lines.
• Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized skincare procedures with precision and care.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, techniques, and emerging trends in the beauty industry.
• Provide expert advice on home care routines and product usage to ensure clients achieve optimal results between visits.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior estheticians, sharing expertise and best practices to foster team growth.

Requirements

• A valid esthetician qualification and relevant certifications.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an esthetician, with a strong portfolio of advanced treatments.
• In-depth knowledge of various skincare technologies, product formulations, and diagnostic tools.
• Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Proficiency in client management software and basic administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Afrikaans a plus.
