Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in Cape Town seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the development and implementation of the Enterprise Architecture for the Western Cape Mobility Department. You will create and maintain the EA framework and develop architecture models to support various business units.

You will identify ICT initiatives, align them with the business strategy, and develop a strategic ICT roadmap to ensure IT initiatives support department goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and strategies.
• Strong understanding of ICT initiatives and their alignment with business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring it supports the department's strategic objectives.
  • Develop architecture models and documentation for various business units within the department.
  • Ensure the architecture aligns with overall business goals and IT strategies.
• Identify strategic ICT initiatives and align them with the Business Strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key ICT initiatives.
  • Develop a strategic ICT roadmap that supports the WCMDs business strategy.
  • Ensure alignment of ICT initiatives with the overall strategic goals of the department.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Expertise Required:

• 5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience
• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and strategies.
• Strong understanding of ICT initiatives and their alignment with business strategies.
