Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in economics, finance, engineering or related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in regulatory or economic consulting, regulatory, tariff or commercial teams of utilities, regulators or policy organisations.
• Fluency in Excel and programming (Python or equivalent) and the ability to spot errors in numbers.
• Experience leading analytical projects end to end, managing scope, budget, quality and delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders, regulators and clients.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from framing to final delivery, directing analysts and presenting conclusions to clients and regulators.
• Shape tariff and regulatory economics work, including cost-of-supply, cost-reflectivity and regime design.
• Analyse SAWEM design, market rules, and transition implications for clients and public interest.
• Build, own and QA financial and tariff models connecting revenue, risk and power system outcomes.
