The ideal candidate has over 6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. Candidates should be Microsoft Certified and familiar with ITIL practices. Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a similar position.
• Microsoft Certified.
• Experience with ITIL Framework and service delivery processes.
• Experience with Cloud and Office 365 migrations.
• Troubleshooting experience with end-user devices.
• Experience with device enrollment, compliance configuration, and application deployment in Intune.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support modern endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Lead the migration from SCCM to Intune, including application rationalization, packaging, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain compliance and security baselines for devices.
• Utilize Endpoint Analytics for proactive maintenance and reporting.
• Partner with global IT teams to drive standardization and automation.
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to local IT teams.
