Qualifications

• 8+ years of employee relations experience in an Employee Relations or PBP/HRBP role.
• Experience engaging with Works Councils/unions.
• Experience supporting a remote workforce.
• Strong analytical and data skills.

• Conduct investigations into sensitive people issues.
