Placements24 in Kimberley, Northern Cape, seeks a seasoned Senior Childcare Educator and Program Developer to lead a team, design engaging curricula for ages 2-5, and uphold the highest standards of care and education on site.

You will develop and implement early learning programs, assess progress, mentor staff, foster parent partnerships, manage resources, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and centre policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 6 years of professional childcare experience, with at least 3 years in senior educator/supervisor/curriculum development roles.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of educators.
• Expertise in developing and implementing age-appropriate early learning curricula.
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Legally eligible to work in South Africa.
• Local candidates in or near Kimberley, Northern Cape are encouraged.

Responsabilidades
