Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation, filing, and retrieval of company documents, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to improve document accessibility.
  • Support the team in data entry tasks related to document management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation procedures are followed.
  • Participate in quality control checks to identify and rectify discrepancies in documents.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
