Qualifications

• Eight years plus experience in digital transformation, consulting, or technology services.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year, multi-million rand projects.
• Experience in the South African market or similar economies is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Business Admin, or related field required.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred by IBM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise digital transformation strategies for clients.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver end-to-end solutions on time and within budget.
• Conduct business analyses, process mapping, and technology assessments for automation opportunities.
• Advise executives on AI, cloud, IoT, and blockchain to align with strategy.
• Create roadmaps, governance, and change-management plans for adoption.
