• Experience guiding designers and collaborating with UX, development and production teams.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI and emerging tools to creative work.

Aufgaben

• Creative direction and design development: translate briefs into distinctive visual routes and establish visual language for campaigns.
• Digital systems and platform craft: lead design across social, web, mobile and other touchpoints; build reusable components and design guidance.
• Production and quality leadership: own design quality from concept to handover; plan complex design work and manage risks.
• Client partnership and team development: present recommendations to clients and mentor junior designers; contribute to pitches.
• Creative technology and AI innovation: prototype tech-led ideas; develop AI workflows and ensure data and IP protection.
