Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, engineering, economics, public policy, law, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, digital and AI policy, or technology-driven development programs.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs or projects.
• Strong written and spoken English; French is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Digital & AI work program.
• Lead design and implementation of flagship knowledge products in Digital AFE.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with regional and global teams.
• Represent Digital AFE in high-level policy dialogues, partnerships, and international forums.
