Super Group in Cape Town seeks a security-focused professional to drive application security within our DevSec framework. You will embed controls in CI/CD, lead threat modelling, and guide secure coding with architecture and engineering teams to raise secure-by-design standards.

Responsibilities include SAST/DAST, SCA, container security, and tooling across GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps, plus risk and compliance alignment for auditable delivery across squads.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in application security and secure SDLC.
• Ability to design auditable controls and evidence mappings.
• Exposure to regulatory standards and audits is a plus.

• Define and document DevSec security standards and decisions.
• Provide evidence and control mappings to support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Identify and track DevSec risks and drive remediation via process improvements.
• Influence engineering teams to adopt secure development practices.
• Contribute to security enablement and uplift initiatives for cloud-native security.
• Configure and maintain security tooling integrations in CI/CD pipelines.
