We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation, monitoring, and cloud‑native systems, and will work closely with software development, QA, and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management – Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Automation & CI/CD – Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Configuration Management – Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Monitoring & Performance – Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog) to ensure system health and performance.
- Security & Compliance – Apply security best practices for infrastructure, access control, and application deployments.
- Collaboration – Work closely with developers to streamline deployment processes and troubleshoot issues in staging and production.
- Incident Response – Lead root‑cause analysis, post‑mortem reviews, and system recovery procedures.
- Innovation & Best Practices – Stay updated with industry trends and drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high‑availability systems in production.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Understanding of networking, security, and load balancing in cloud environments.
