Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design implementation and management of our cloud infrastructure and CI / CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation monitoring and cloud-native systems and will work closely with software development QA and operations teams to ensure reliable secure and scalable delivery of applications.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Automation & CI / CD: Build and optimize CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Configuration Management: Use tools such as Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration.
• Monitoring & Performance: Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog) to ensure system health and performance.
• Security & Compliance: Apply security best practices for infrastructure access control and application deployments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to streamline deployment processes and troubleshoot issues in staging and production environments.
• Incident Response: Lead root cause analysis, post-mortem reviews and system recovery procedures.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends and drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes.

Qualifications

Education & Experience :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Proven track record of managing complex high-availability systems in production.

Technical Skills :

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Understanding of networking, security and load balancing in cloud environments.

Soft Skills :

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
