We’re on the hunt for a Senior Developer who doesn’t just write code — you craft digital magic that makes our marketing campaigns pop, our loyalty programs addictive, and our customers come back begging for more.

This isn’t your average dev gig. You’ll be the secret sauce behind some of the slickest retail & loyalty tech in the game, working hand-in-hand with marketers who actually “get” tech (yes, really!).

What you’ll be doing (the fun version):

• Turning “We need this yesterday” into pixel-perfect, lightning-fast features
• Mentoring junior devs so they level-up from “copy-paste” to “code ninja”
• Slaying complex bugs like a retail Thor with a keyboard
• Writing technical specs that don’t make analysts cry (for once)
• Building stuff on AS/400 that’s so smooth people will think it’s 2025 tech (spoiler: it will be)
• Occasionally being on standby… but we’ll throw extra coffee, and hero points your way

Minimum requirements

• A relevant Degree/Diploma?
• 5+ years rocking the IT world
• 3+ years doing proper system analysis & design (Essential)
• AS/400 + RPG (Essential)
• SQL Server skills
• Solid OO chops and problem-solving that would impress Sherlock
• Bonus swagger: C# skills, SharePoint experience, or just a great playlist for crunch time
