Developers handle the majority of day-to-day project and maintenance tasks, working closely with Senior Developers to analyze requirements, plan solutions, and execute them. They are expected to demonstrate proficiency for quick turnarounds and low return rates, applying both technical and logical thinking to each task.

Responsibilities

• Perform programming and related tasks, which include
  • Planning, Estimations and Implementation
  • Writing code
  • Debugging errors

  • Technical Investigations
• Write technical documentation
• Communication with stakeholders
• Provide development support to Senior Developers
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Junior Developers
