Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience designing for digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of high-performing ad creatives across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with performance marketers, content strategists, and developers to bring impactful visuals to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-converting ad creatives for paid social and display campaigns
  • Develop visually compelling assets for web, email, landing pages, and social media
  • Work with performance marketers to test and iterate on creative concepts
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across all projects
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or digital marketing setting
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad creative work with measurable success
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design / prototyping tools is a plus
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typography
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and data-driven design principles
  • Comfortable working remotely and available 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with A/B testing creative variants
  • Experience working with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B clients
