Job Purpose

  • Creative Support:
  • To work with the Creative Leads to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that are fresh, distinctive and effective.
  • To craft design across a wide range of media elements which meet the company’s internal and external communications needs. Including digital and traditional mediums.
  • Work closely with the product/project owners to ensure creative and design consistency for each brand and product.
  • Drive innovative and creative design concepts and solutions to improve user experience and client engagement processes.
  • To work with the design team to execute on new campaigns across all platforms for all products (Personal, Business, Life, Funeral, Pet) that make the most effective use of each medium.
  • To analyse and innovate to constantly build on the effectiveness within the creative team ecosystem.
Responsibilities
  • Provide effective support for the Creative Leads on all concept requirements, ensuring a fresh and contemporary design and art direction component of the conceptual mix.
  • Assist with creating all marketing creative, including generating creative ideas and mock-ups that either take their lead from TV and other traditional mediums or stand alone.
  • Contributing to discussion of effectiveness of executions and making appropriate creative recommendations going forward.
  • Responsible for implementation and consistent use of corporate ID across all executions
  • Constantly strive to understand the company better in order to develop more relevant and effective strategies, concepts and executions
  • To make sure that there is synergy between the ABTL work and its digital components.

Qualifications
  • 5-9 years’ experience in a professional design role.
  • Experience with: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • A portfolio of previous design work to showcase experience and creativity
Advantageous
  • HTML coding and After Effects experience an advantage
