Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and anomaly detection.
• Clean, process, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Build data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity for analytical models.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to understand challenges and identify data-driven solutions.
• Visualize and present complex data findings and model results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and relevant industry technologies.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the data science capabilities.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in data science or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas).
• Strong experience with SQL and database management.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
