Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a focus on financial services or fintech.
• Proficiency with Python or R and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong experience with SQL, big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated ML models for predictive analytics, fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer segmentation.
