Qualifications

• Honours, Masters, or PhD in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 68 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics models using predictive, descriptive, and prescriptive techniques.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to design analytical frameworks and solutions that solve complex business problems.
• Present findings and recommendations through data storytelling, visualisation, and executive-level presentations.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to data scientists and analysts within the team.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies in data science, AI, and cloud computing to enhance analytical capability.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or leading small analytical workstreams.
• Familiarity with credit, financial, or consumer datasets, and exposure to cloud-based analytical environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) would be advantageous.

• Experience mentoring junior team members or leading small analytical workstreams.
• Familiarity with credit, financial, or consumer datasets, and exposure to cloud-based analytical environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) would be advantageous.
