Network Finance in Gauteng is seeking a senior data leader to steer design, development, and optimisation of data platforms and pipelines. You will translate business needs into scalable data solutions and mentor engineers and analysts. You will drive governance, architecture improvements, and regulatory compliance across the data stack.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, champion data quality, and foster a culture of innovation and ownership within the data team.

Competenze

Relevant degree in data-related field.
10+ years in data-related roles.
5+ years in leadership within data management/engineering/architecture.
Proven experience designing modern data platforms and architectures.
Experience with data governance, compliance, and data quality.
Exposure to data product environments and AI awareness.
