Job Summary

The Senior Data and Business Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management of database processes and software, focusing on internal and external data integration and client support needs. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, business process optimization, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management and Integration
  • Manage and maintain database integrity, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow.
  • Develop and implement data integration strategies between internal systems and external client platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Oversee data migration and data quality initiatives.
• Business Analysis
  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Gather and document business requirements for software and system enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the "EGIS E-Procurement" and "SYNAXON Managed Services" platforms.
  • Support the data needs of the "SYNAXON Hub" distribution network.
• Client Support
  • Provide technical support to clients regarding data integration and software usage.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain client-facing documentation and training materials.
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with IT, development, and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on data and system performance.

Qualifications and Skills
