PBT Group is seeking a senior Data & Analytics Lead / Architect to shape modern Data & Analytics solutions for clients. You will operate across Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Science and Application Architecture, providing architectural direction and leadership.

The role involves defining data strategy, governance, and delivery across cloud and hybrid environments, with strong emphasis on Azure, AWS, and Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

• Senior Data & Analytics leadership with architecture focus.
• 10+ years in Data & Analytics or related tech environments.
• Proven experience guiding Data Architecture and Data Engineering teams.
• Strong Azure and AWS exposure with cloud hybrid experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Data & Analytics strategies, architectures and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership across Data Engineering, Data Science, BI and IT teams.
• Lead and mentor technical resources and promote best practices.
• Govern data platforms, warehouses and lakes with governance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with application architects to ensure integrated data solutions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and guide cloud migration and hybrid setups.
• Enable AI/GenAI-powered analytics and scalable data pipelines.
• Participate in pre-sales, solution design and client engagements as needed.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
