Placements24 is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead data-driven insights in a fully remote setup across South Africa. You will extract, clean, and model data from clinical trials, sales, and market research to identify trends and inform R&D, marketing, and sales strategies.

The role requires 5+ years in data analysis, a strong foundation in statistics, plus proficiency in Python, R, SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, ML techniques and experimental design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for remote work.
