Network IT is recruiting a Senior Data Analyst to deliver data-driven products and insights to internal and external stakeholders through designing, developing, testing, and presenting data models, dashboards and insights.

The ideal candidate holds a quantitative degree (NQF 7), 4+ years in data analytics, and practical experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, DataBricks, PySpark, Azure, GIS, and Excel; strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (NQF 7) required.
• Certifications in Azure environment advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• At least 2 years in a Senior Data Analyst role is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Python, DataBricks, PySpark, Azure, SQL, Power BI, and GIS.
• Programming: Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Jupyter Notebooks, GeoPandas), Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science) - NQF 7.
• Additional Certifications in Azure environment would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, or other relevant fields such as data science, data engineering, machine learning, or BI development.
• At least 2 years in a Senior Data Analyst role is advantageous.
• A working knowledge and understanding of the following: Python, DataBricks, PySpark, Azure, SQL, Power BI, and GIS.
• Programming: Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Jupyter Notebooks, GeoPandas), Excel.
